What is the difference between the two items?
• Vision Combo Kit: A complete kit that includes the ESP-Mosaico Core Unit (v1.2), Camera Module, and Interaction Module.
• Battery Module: An expansion module designed to extend the portable runtime of the ESP-Mosaico Core Unit.
What materials and manufacturing processes are used for the enclosure?
The enclosure is made using resin 3D printing. We also provide the official STL files, allowing you to 3D-print a custom enclosure if needed.
What is the battery capacity of ESP-Mosaico?
The built-in battery has a capacity of 65 mAh.
Can ESP-Mosaico expansion modules be connected to either side?
Except for the Camera Module, all other expansion modules can be connected to either side of the Core Unit.
The Camera Module can only be connected to the left side of the Core Unit. It supports hot-plugging but not hot-unplugging. If it is accidentally connected to the right side, please power off the device, remove the module, reconnect it to the left side, and then power the device back on.
Can I switch to a different LLM provider?
Yes. The factory-installed firmware on ESP-Mosaico is fully open-source and compatible with LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, and DeepSeek. It also supports custom LLM providers.
When will my pre-order ship?
Please refer to the estimated shipping time next to the "Pre-order" button on the product page. Orders with multiple items will ship according to the longest dispatch lead time.
Can I cancel my pre-order or update my address before it ships?
Yes. You can request a full refund or update your shipping address anytime before your order is shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We do not offer exchanges.
For customers outside the EU and UK, products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain unopened and all original seals are intact. Products with opened, broken, or removed original seals are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs, custom duties, taxes, and other related fees shall be borne by you.
For customers in the EU and UK, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product. If the product has diminished in value, we may deduct the corresponding amount from your refund in accordance with applicable law. Return shipping costs, custom duties, taxes, and other related fees shall be borne by you.
Product quality issues will be handled separately in accordance with section VII of our Terms of Service.
