取消政策

 

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the cancellation of orders for products purchased through the store operated by Le Plus Plus (Hong Kong) Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”). By placing an order through the store, you agree to be bound by this Policy and the cancellation rules applicable to your purchase.

 

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order that has been paid for but has not yet been shipped. Following payment, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes a cancellation option, which can be used to cancel the order prior to shipment.

Once an order has been shipped or is otherwise in the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation requests are subject to the status of the order at the time we receive and process the request. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled if processing or shipment has already commenced.

If a cancellation is accepted, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method, subject to any applicable payment processing time.

 

Pre-Orders

Products identified as “Pre-Order” are products that have not yet arrived at our warehouse but are available for advance purchase. Placing a Pre-Order allows you to reserve a product allocation and receive priority for shipment once the products are restocked.

Pre-Orders are subject to the following terms:

  • Payment and Order Confirmation: Pre-Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase to reserve your product allocation for shipment once stock becomes available.
  • Estimated Shipping Timeframe: Any estimated shipping date or timeframe displayed on the product page refers to the expected dispatch date and is an estimate only. It may change due to manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, or logistics conditions.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pre-Orders are generally fulfilled in the order in which they are placed and paid for, subject to product availability, payment confirmation, and applicable shipping restrictions. Tracking information will be provided where available after dispatch.
  • Mixed Orders: Orders containing both in-stock and Pre-Order products will generally be shipped together once all products are available. If you wish to receive in-stock products earlier, please place separate orders.
  • Cancellation: Following payment, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes a cancellation option, which can be used to cancel the order prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped or is otherwise in the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Our Right to Cancel: If we are unable to fulfill a Pre-Order, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled products.
